Job Description
Manpower Personnel and Training (MPT) Analyst Senior
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Manpower Personnel and Training (MPT) Analyst review documents including but not limited to Job Task Analyses (JTAs) Front End Analyses (FEAs) and Training System Plans (TSPs) to ensure the identification of adequate training solutions as well as adherence to all other requirements outlined within Marine Corps Training Systems Requirements.
Consolidates all stakeholder feedback through FEA and TSP adjudication process and coordinates with the developer to ensure all comments are fully addressed and/or adjudicated.
Attends and facilitates various meetings with government and contractor personnel serving as a PM CS SME.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 7 years experience working MPT for DoD Acquisition programs.
- Bachelor s Degree in Education/Training or a related discipline.
- Conduct comprehensive MPT Analyses as well as development of MPT Plans and Manpower Estimate Reports.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps organizations functional missions environment and programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience interfacing directly with Government clients up through seniorlevel staff to help achieve their objectives by providing management technical and programmatic support.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple program components and activities simultaneously independently or as a member or a working group.
ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Marine Corps Manpower Personnel & Training experience.
Experience and proficiency in procedures related to DoD directives and standards to include the NAVMC 1553.1a Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education Handbook (MCISD/SATE).
Salary Range $95000 to $110000 (Based on experience)
Contingent upon contract award
