Were Hiring: Entry Level Sales Assistant
Location: Santa Ana CA
Salary: $26 $31 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts

About the Role:
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our creative marketing team. You will support the sales department in managing client inquiries maintaining customer relationships and helping close sales through excellent communication and organization. Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and client communications
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or in person
Prepare presentations proposals and sales materials
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Attend team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
