Location:Berlin Germany or remote within Germany
Hours: 20h per week
Salary:1421 per hour

• You support the processing of our licensing procedures
• You ensure that customer data is uptodate complete and accurate
• You communicate with our customers and respond to their inquiries
• You help document processes and make them easy to understand
• You research relevant background information for the VLabel team
• You maintain and further develop documentation such as process descriptions
• You assist in researching and evaluating potentially critical ingredients and manufacturing processes in both food and nonfood areas

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program and your studies will continue for at least 3 more semester
• You are fluent in German (native level) and can communicate well in English (minimum C1 both written and spoken
• Youre curious about the vegan status of consumer goods and excited to learn more
• You enjoy analytical tasks think in a structured way and have a keen eye for detail
• You work independently and reliably and communicate clearly
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team including remotely
  
  

Nice to have:

• You are studying a subject such as nutrition food technology food chemistry marketing business law biotechnology cosmetology pharmacy or quality management
• You already have experience in customer support
• Youre comfortable with numbers and proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets
• You have some experience with data synchronization
