Title: Porter (Outdoor Role Full Time YearRound)
Location: Downtown Portland OR
Pay Rate: $2023/hr
Schedule: WednesdaySunday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Note: This position is 100 outdoors yearround (rain or shine 365 days a year)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- This is an outside Porter/Landscaping position.
- Will be doing curb to curb cleaning of the nineteen member buildings and common areas.
- Perimeters walkways tree wells Doggie Stations and Garbage Cans.
- Cleaning Hardscape Landscaping Benches Drains etc. for seven pedestrian tracts.
- Street sweeping from curb edge to the center of the street to remove any trash debris leaves or objects to keep the area clean.
- Reporting vandalism and/or damage to appropriate parties.
- Cleaning Benches.
- Applying deicer to common tracts.
- Maintenance of common areas including minor landscaping such as leaf blowing.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.
