Position Overview
We are currently seeking a General Manager of Clinical Operations to oversee the delivery of highquality clinical services across our organisation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing program and service leaders ensuring clinical excellence and fostering a collaborative supportive workplace culture.
As the General Manager you will work closely with the Executive Team to drive business growth address operational needs and optimise client outcomes. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams manage regional and departmental budgets and implement strategies to meet workforce demands all while maintaining a focus on compliance and the quality of care.
