How will I help

As a Compliance Incidents Analyst you will be responsible for performing low rated Compliance Assessments on incidents that are potentially reportable to a regulator primarily ASIC and BCCC. These incidents are owned by Consumer Division Business and Wealth Division (excluding BT) Customer & Corporate Services Division and Group Functions.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our adherence to various statutory and industry regulations. You will assist in the preparation of breach reports for incidents deemed reportable ensuring that all necessary details are accurately documented and communicated. Your expertise will be vital in conducting compliance assessments across a range of regimes including privacy responsible lending hardship the Banking Code of Practice debt collection and prudential standards.

You will work collaboratively and in support of theExecutive Manager Compliance Incidentswithin the Enterprise Compliance Compliance Incidents team to:
