Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Assuming responsibility for ensuring and optimising the operation of our cloudbased production test and development environments for an international B2B tendering platform
- Promoting the further development of our CI/CD pipeline with tools such as GitLab Jenkins and Maven
- Working in a crossfunctional agile team
- Developing and operating our own tools and services and supporting developers and application operation
- Configuring and operating logging and monitoring solutions
- Assuming responsibility for the deployment of new program versions
- Working closely with external service providers
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- University degree with a focus on IT or several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in using OSS technologies such as Linux Git Tomcat Java GitLab and Jenkins as well as MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of cloud environments especially Azure and IaC with Terraform
- Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD
- Extensive experience with CI/CD with a special focus on build test and deployment automation
- Monitoring experience especially with tools such as Grafana Loki Prometheus and Dynatrace
- Very good knowledge of agile software development methods such as Scrum
- A working style characterised by initiative flexibility and team spirit paired with a strong planning and organisation talent
- Expertise in agile working methods and active sharing of ideas in order to continuously further develop strategies and concepts
- Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel
