Join the Lewis team: Dynamic new Lewis home communities need a Sales/Customer Service star!
Lewis Planned Communities develops new socially vibrant communities and you can be a part of the excitement helping families discover their new home. We are seeking personable and energetic candidates to work as our new Information Center Representative on location at our large upscale masterplanned communities throughout Southern California.
- You will apply top customer service by welcoming visitors and conducting informed sales presentations to potential new residents of this dynamic upscale community.
- You will lead professional tours of the communitys clubhouse and its amenities and assist with grand openings and other events.
- You will interact with guest homebuilder sales teams to provide topnotch service and support to help meet their sales goals.
- You will work directly with a team of motivated and supportive Lewis managers and associates from Marketing and Planned Community Development to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Your new work hours will be 9am6pm. As you can guess weekends are the busiest time so working weekends will be required with days off during the week.Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required as needed.
- Our best Representatives are polished and energetic sales & service professionals with great attitudes and engaging people skills
- Having 13 years of experience in an upscale customer service and/or sales environment will really prepare you for your new role at Lewis.
- Your computer skills should include MS Word & some light MS Excel
- Integrity honesty and teamwork: These are the values of Lewis. Bring them with you.
- Note: Driving on company business may be required so a valid driver license is preferred. Mileage outside of your normal commute will be reimbursed.
- A Real Estate Salesperson license is required or will be requiredin your first 6 months of employment (Lewis will reimburse the cost for initial courses and associated application live scan fingerprinting and exam fees)
- In addition to a starting salary of $22.88/hour you will receive $60/month cellphone allowance and annual bonus/raise potential
- After 60 days youre invited to join a variety of Lewis medical and dental benefits plans
- You will receive a $650 clothing allowance after your first month and receive a $450 clothing allowance each subsequent year.
- After one year you can join the Lewis 401K savings plan with a company match
