Job Description
Job Title: Creative Project Manager (Remote Offshore)
Location: Remote (South Africa or LATAM preferred)
Hours: Fulltime Must be available during PST or EST hours

We re looking for a highly organized and detailobsessed Creative Project Manager to join our fastpaced performance marketing team. If youre fueled by checklists timelines and seamless coordination and love being the connector between vision and this role is calling your name.
This is a fully remote role ideal for a strategic thinker who can own creative workflows endtoend aligning crossfunctional teams to bring big ideas to life. Youll translate strategy into action keep all players on track and ensure flawless delivery every time.
What You ll Do

Own the entire creative project lifecycle from brief to final delivery

Act as a strategic partner across departments (growth creative and more)

Build and manage detailed project timelines and task assignments (tools like Asana or

Create clear briefs and workflows based on strategic direction
-
Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and clients
-
Communicate proactively across Slack email and occasional client calls
-
Juggle multiple brands and projects in a fastmoving agencystyle environment
-
Bring a performance marketing lens to creative prioritization and
-
Drive alignment accountability and momentum across all moving parts
What We re Looking For

Experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of creative workflows
-
Obsessed with project management tools (Asana Gantt charts yes please)
-
Clear confident communicator across all channels
-
Comfortable leading both internal and clientfacing conversations
-
Performance marketing or fastpaced digital agency experience preferred
-
Able to manage multiple brands and deadlines with ease
-
A creativeminded PM or a detailloving creative turned PM
-
Selfstarter who thrives in organized chaos and gets things DONE
-
Strong written English (C1 level) for all internal and external communication
Bonus Points

Previous clientfacing experience

Background in growth marketing paid media or brand projects

Familiarity with tools like Slack Notion G Suite etc.
