Job Description

Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Handover Specialist (Bahraini Candidate) to join our team in Sitrah Bahrain. This is a fulltime position. Ensure a JLR premium treatment personalized care and a pressure free experience for prospects and customers. Ensure a premium treatment personalized care and a pressure free experience for prospects and customers. Boost sales indirectly by providing customers pressure free with the right amount of information regarding products service offers features functions and benefits and create the feeling of being treated uniquely.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking vehicles over before the handover including fuel body and all accessories are fitted. In addition handover forms are ready.
  • Sending Welcoming Video to customer in the day of the handover
  • prepared and waiting to meet and greet Customer for vehicle handover.
  • provide a vehicle handover experience that exceeds all customer expectations. This is to include demonstrating in full the technology within
  • the vehicle and presenting the handover gift.
  • Arranging via appointment for the second handover in the customer place
  • or in the showroom to assist with additional technical customer needs.
  • Sending congratulation video to customer after the delivery.
  • Followup calls after the handover to ensure that the customer had the best experience from the dealer.
  • Visiting the customer in his place or inviting him to the dealer for the Second hand over and presenting the second gift to the customer and making sure
  • That the customer is familiar with all the options of the car.
  • Follow up with the customer regarding the survey

Qualifications:

* Minimum two years in same felid
* Experiences in handling and supporting (premium) customers
* Strong understanding of handover procedures and documentation.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must be a Bahraini citizen.
