About the role
Were looking for a detailoriented and proactive Funds Administrator to support both our Fund and SelfSelect Platform teams. Based in our Glasgow office this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys working with precision and is curious about the world of fund operations and investor services.
What Youll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for SelfSelect Platform investors handling daytoday queries and support
Processing fundrelated transactions and collating key documentation
Assisting with the preparation and collation of audit materials at yearend
Supporting investor onboarding through eligibility checks and document verification
Performing fraud and AML (AntiMoney Laundering) checks for new and existing investors
Managing investor information requests and maintaining accurate records
Contributing to our data retention programme and platform operations
What Were Looking For
Strong administrative experience ideally in financial services or a regulated environment
A selfstarter with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right
Organised reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Interested in funds compliance and investor services
Confident using Excel and/or Google Suite
Familiarity with AML screening and monitoring is a bonusExperience in fund operations or investor support is a plus
