The Polestar Media & Retail Marketing manager will be the primary point of contact for marketing activities relating to media retail marketing and brand partnership in Korea market. We are seeking a creative innovative experienced and handson professional to lead and drive Polestar Koreas marketing strategy. You will also collaborate with Global HQ to ensure brand consistency across the country and execute new initiatives and programs in alignment with our global marketing strategy. Youll be responsible for successful product launches and strengthening consumer awareness and consideration of Polestar directly impacting sales.

What youll do

Media activation (Campaigns)

• Lead develop and execute communications across all paid media channels.
• Maintain a performance measurement framework across marketing platforms for continuous improvement
• Develop specific brand and tactical campaigns to generate and maintain high levels of consumer interest ultimately driving consumer conversions.
• Be handson with media including digital activation

Retail Marketing

• Develop and execute onoffline retail marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to align on joint marketing efforts and achieve sales objectives.
• Coordinate instore marketing initiatives such as product launches seasonal promotions and experiential events.

Brand Partnership (CoMarketing)

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth brand alignment and longterm collaboration.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

Who you are

• 6 years of experience in marketing including ATL and retail marketing experience

• Experience working in a multimarket global organization.
• Must be passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability and electric vehicles.
• Extensive knowledge of media campaign in traditional digital and social landscapes.
• Strong quantitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong capability to foster collaboration across departments
• Fluent in English

In this role you will be based in our Seoul office and report directly to and work closely together with the Head of Marketing & Communication in Polestar Korea. Our inhouse talents and teams in the Swedish headquarters will be important sparring partners for you and of course you will be interacting closely with our agency network.
