Job Description
Azienda specializzata nel settore delle consulenze alle imprese ricerca un/una impiegato/a che si occupi del front office.
Una volta selezionata la figura si occuper di:
- gestire la calendarizzazione dellufficio
- gestire lagenda degli appuntamenti
- gestire le anagrafiche e informative clienti
- smistare mail in entrata e in uscita
- fornire informazioni via telefono.
Requisiti:
- autonomia nelle proprie mansioni
- empatia nei confronti dei clienti
- capacit di lavorare in team
- buona dialettica.
Offerta:
- contratto a tempo determinato della durata di mesi 6 con rinnovo.
