Job Title: Pressure Washing Technician

Location:Redlands CA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Primarily Graveyard Shift (Some daytime shifts as needed)
Job Description:
D&B Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role involves pressure washing the ground and exterior surfaces of commercial government and residential properties to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors sidewalks and other surfaces
- Drive company vehicles including larger commercial vehicles to and from job sites
- Safely work at heights when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
- Maintain equipment and keep tools clean and in working order
- Requirements:
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and occasional daytime jobs
- Confident driving larger commercial vehicles
- Not afraid of heights
- Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior pressure washing experience is a plus but not required
