    Reports To: Executive Chef Banquet Manager or All Purpose Manager

    Equipment: Uniform

    Primary Purpose:

    The primary purpose of the Pool Restaurant Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent poolside experience.

    Work Performed:

    • Supervisedirect scheduleand trainpool servers and other food and beverageassociates as necessary
    • Executing and auditing food and beverage inventory and cost control systems and procedures.
    • Exceed guest expectations throughout their restaurant and hotelexperience
    • Workquickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guestconcerns ensuring followthrough with appropriate manager(s)
    • Ensureall opening and closingside work is completedaccuratelyon a dailybasis
    • Assistpool serversas well as other restaurant associates withtheir job duties asnecessary
    • Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be at risk of crosscontamination keepingcompartment sinks side boards and refrigerators clean andsanitized
    • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to managementand allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

    Qualifications:

    Required Prior Experience:

    Two2 yearsof prior server experience

    At leastone yearlead and/or supervisory experience

    Preferred Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Required Licenses/ Certification:

    Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.

    Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment

    Physical:

    Able to lift50 lbsoccasionally

    Ableto bend and squatrepeatedly;

    Able to walk and stand for the duration of the scheduled shift

    Other:

    Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages

    Ability to read and comprehend instructions both written and oral

    Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings eveningsnightsweekends and holidays
