Electronic Health Record Specialist

Starting Salary $50K
Full Time
Java Script/Coding/SQL experience preferred

Responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to Smartcare tickets and assisting with Smartcare support
- Creating Smartcare accounts and additional forms as needed
- Data entry of all clinical audits and assigning audits to designated clinicians
- Work closely with IT and Compliance departments
- Review supervisor mini chart audits
- Perform caseload reviews to ensure all clients are assigned and current clients are seen on a regular basis
- Perform NP and Nursesaudit reviews
Requirements for this position include:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in using electronic health records
- Form development
- Advanced knowledge of development toolset to design develop test deploy maintain and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Clinical knowledge to understand and evaluate patient information and case management workflows
- Advanced use of MS office applications Excellent communication interpersonal and organization skills to effectively interact with medical staff consultants external professionals administrators and employees at all levels
- Must be able to see hear speak read and perform manual tasks with or without accommodation and care for oneself with little or no difficulty
- Physical ability to tolerate a high percentage of time in sedentary work at desk.
