About the role
We are looking for a midweight Graphic Designer to join our socialfirst creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for bold trenddriven visuals and content creation ensuring our brand identity stands out across all touchpoints. Youll have excellent attention to detail ambitious ideas and be a great team player able to support and manage on upcoming projects. You will be joining a small team with two other designers so collaboration is key.

Tasks
- Brand Identity & Visual Direction create and develop highquality onbrand content across all digital and print platforms maintaining the TALA aesthetic and ensuring consistency.
- Project management handle working on multiple projects at once excellent time management skills sometimes leading asset rollout for campaigns internally and collaborating with the wider team supporting managing external teams for freelancers and ecom.
- Web & UX support working on assets for site improvement rolling out homepage assets for launches and BAU content.
- Email marketing design and develop visually engaging emails for both upcoming launches and BAU content. Suggesting new templates and ideation for engaging emails.
- Print & packaging design support in creating onbrand packaging event collateral POS for store etc
- Product graphics support the design team in designing prints lockups and patterns for clothing of upcoming collections.
- Campaign rollouts Develop engaging onbrand graphics for campaign rollouts this spans across website CRM social and paid.
- Have a good knowledge in photo retouching
- Identify trends think creatively and work collaboratively to develop new design concepts graphics and layouts that express the brand values and aesthetic
- Design eyecatching motion graphics GIFs and video overlays for socialfirst storytelling.
Requirements
- 4 years experience in graphic design ideally within fashion activewear or D2C ecommerce.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digitalfirst design branding and social media content.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects).
- Experience using Figma is key
- Motion design skills and knowledge of video editing or 3D software (Premiere Pro Blender) are a plus.
- A deep understanding of social media trends influencer marketing and Gen Z/millennial aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced trenddriven environment while maintaining high creative standards.
- Possession of creative flair versatility conceptual / visual ability and originality while being able to interpret and maintain a strong brand aesthetic
- Ability to shift focus to business priorities as needed. To do so a high level of organisation is required. Can work under pressure with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fastpaced environment
