Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
Greet customers within two minutes of them being seated
Be knowledgeable of beer wine and liquor brands
Take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system
Garnish and run drinks to tables take food orders by position numbers at the tables and upsell through providing recommendations
Be mindful of customers food allergies dietary restrictions and other specific inquiries
ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws
Complete daily sidework as directed by management
Report directly to management and the General Manager
