Job Description
We are AIDA Recruitment a technology and artificial intelligencebased employee search. For our client we are looking for a Query Management Analyst.
Join a globally distributed team working on highimpact cost optimization projects within the Queue and Streaming team. This role will focus on efforts such as migration to AMQ decommissioning AWS EC2 instances resizing and consolidation of QA clusters all aimed at delivering measurable cost savings.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to evaluate search performance and relevance and derive actionable insights.

Design and support A/B experiments using advanced SQL skills.

Apply Boolean logic to enhance and refine search query behavior.

Leverage AI tools and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve prompt usability and assess outputs.

Collaborate across product research and data teams to support platform improvements.

Participate in data annotation human label reviews UX evaluations and quality assurance.

Create clear documentation and present findings effectively in German or French and English.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in SQL and data analysis.

Understanding of Boolean syntax and search logic.

Exposure to or enthusiasm for LLM prompt engineering and AI tool evaluation.

Background in data annotation search optimization or digital platform support.

Analytical thinker with excellent problemsolving abilities.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail etc..

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German or French and English.

Location: Open globally with priority for candidates based in Ukraine EU India or Singapore.

Availability: Must be able to work and support the India/APAC region time zones.

Scope of Work:
The project will provide support for the Queue and Streaming team in various efforts that are expected to deliver cost reductions. This contractor team will focus on:
* Migration to AMQ (Amazon Messaging Queue)
* Decommissioning AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances
* Resizing of clusters to save cost
* Consolidation of QA clusters to save cost
Key requirements:
- Language: German or French. Ideally candidates should have both but we can also consider those with either German or French skills.
- Location: Open globally. However candidates must be able to cover the India/APAC region. We can target candidates from Ukraine the EU India and Singapore.
Query Management Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to assess search performance relevance and uncover actionable insights
- Support the planning monitoring and evaluation of A/B experiments using strong SQL skills
- Apply Boolean logic to search queries to refine and optimize search behavior
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT) to evaluate outputs improve usability and refine prompts
- Collaborate with product research and data teams to support ongoing improvements
- Contribute to human labeling data annotation quality review and UX evaluations
- Clearly document and communicate findings inFrench or German and English
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with Boolean syntax and search logic
- Exposure to AI tools or interest in prompt design and LLM evaluation
- Background in data annotation human label review or digital search platform support
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace(Docs Sheets Gmail etc.
- Excellent communication skills in French or German and English(written and spoken)
- Comfortable working with large datasets in a fastpaced environment
