Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) candidate to join our team. Prior experience is not required but the candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual interested in building a career in garment quality assurance especially in sweater production.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in inspecting sweater samples inprocess production and finished garments to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Support senior QA staff in documenting inspection results and preparing basic reports
- Coordinate with production teams and follow up on qualityrelated tasks
- Learn and apply inspection techniques under the guidance of experienced QA personnel
- Participate in onsite visits to factories for production followups and inspections
Main Requirements:

Strong interest in garment production and quality assurance

Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese (spoken) and basic English (spoken & written)

Willingness to learn AQL standards and garment inspection procedures

Responsible eager to learn detailoriented and a team player
