You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe University of Iowa Department of Neurology is seeking a parttime overnight Clinical Technician to independently monitor patients in the adult and pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and the Electroencephalogram (EEG) lab via digital equipment. This position is responsible for initiating and terminating EMU/EEG studies as well as ensuring studies are recorded. The Clinical Tech monitors patients and helps maintain the EEG recording quality. This position will also provide support to other EEG Clinical Technicians and Technologists Nursing staff and Faculty.
Job Duties to Include:
Pay Grade: 5 of Time: 50
Schedule: This position will work primarily overnights with rotating weekend nights and rotating holidays. May work occasional day shift hours when staff coverage is needed.
Location: 2BT or SFCH09
Supervision Received: Supervision received by Clinical Care/Specialist Services Supervisor or designee.
