As a Sr. Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and project coordination for various infrastructural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design project management and project implementation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 79 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
- Strong knowledge of architectural bye laws and UDCPR regulations
- Excellent project coordination and management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the architectural design and development of infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of architectural drawings
- Ensure compliance with architectural bye laws and UDCPR regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Prepare and present architectural designs proposals and concepts to clients
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance on project implementation
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve design and construction issues

Project Coordination with consultant& Client Analyzing Architectural design & Plans Supervising & assigning team task developing project by specified budget & timeline. Knowledge of UDCPRByelows.
Responsibilities
1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality innovative and functional design
2. Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
3. Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs buildings usage and environmental impact
4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
5. Compile project specifications
6. Keep within budgets and timelines
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards building codes guidelines and regulations
8. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
9. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
10. Follow architectural Rules & regulation as per Gov. Rule Book.
11. Coordination with client & Consultant
