Roles and responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products services pricing and promotions.
Assist customers with order placement tracking cancellations and returns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
Requirements:
12th/any Graduate
Good Communication skills preferred
Good typing speed.
Positive attitude towards customer handling
Problem solving skills
Experience required min 6 months and above.
Prefer candidate who has a chat and voice support experience.
