Description of the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Diesel Tech Apprentice to join our team at Classic Ford Lincoln Columbia. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in diesel technology while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior diesel technicians in diagnosing repairing and performing maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles.
- Learn to use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines and automotive systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
