Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing support and book management assistance to the assigned Underwriter.

• Assist in marketing of accounts to multiple carriers determined by the specific. needs of the insureds including researching current coverage and available options.

• Answer Agent questions related to coverages premiums and all other account related items.

• Assist Agents with the knowledge to complete all paperwork properly

• Assist with quotes through multiple insurance carriers via online portals.

• Working with Carrier Underwriters for risk placement.

Education and/or Experience

• Required: High school diploma.

• Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree.

• Preferred: Current and active Property and Casualty Producer license.

Technology Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

• Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Agency Management Systems

• Knowledge of TIF documents
