We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our finance team. In this role you will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of our business. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data forecasting future performance and providing actionable insights to support decisionmaking. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of a startup at a pivotal stage.
Key job responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance. Provide detailed analysis and insights into financial metrics and KPIs.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts. Track performance against budgets and forecasts identifying variances and providing recommendations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct adhoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives including market expansion product development and M&A activities.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and capital projects. Provide financial insights to support investment decisions.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Business Development Marketing Operations Tech and Product Management to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

5 years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
4 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisionmaking experience
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
MBA or CFA
Knowledge of statistical modeling
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MS Power Query Python)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
