Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma plus 9 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience OR Bachelors Degree computer science Management Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience
• Proficient computer skills in programs including but not limited to: Word Excel PowerPoint Access SQL Server Visio and Microsoft Project. Must have experience in one the following: C C# Visual Studio Crystal Reports PHP ASP Java J2EE PHP.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Management Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience with health insurance data.

• Ability to collect and organize information from multiple sources
• Ability to communicate information by creating presentations and/or writing products for dissemination in conjunction with other team members

This individual will possess expertise in health insurance claims data automated data intake processes software development life cycle practices to ensure accurate and timely processing management and support. This individual will provide process level subject matter expertise for existing data projects and technology solutions including expertise in data processes and data relationships to support data and analytic solutions.
