What Were Looking For
Were seeking an SQA professional who understands the bigger picture. Youll be more than just a bugfinderyoull be a product advocate influencing our products quality from a business analysis and user experience (UX) perspective. Your role will shape not only how we deliver software but how we align it with business goals and meet customer expectations.
If you have a background in business analysis product testing or user experience (UX) and you approach testing with an intuitive realworld perspective we want to hear from you.
Were looking for someone who is passionate about quality and user experiencesomeone who thinks beyond the technical tests software from the endusers perspective and focuses on realworld scenarios and functionality rather than just code.
Responsibilities
Create detailed acceptance criteria for user stories that align with business requirements.
Execute testing activities focused on user experience and functionality not just technical correctness.
Contribute to the business analysis process defining acceptance criteria business rules and user stories.
Identify and document software bugs ensuring clear communication for bug resolution during development.
Communicate quality status and project deliverables to stakeholders with a focus on the user experience.
Facilitate smooth UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and track production issues for future improvements.
Contribute to optimizing QA efforts through the use of automation tools where applicable.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Be flexible with work schedule to meet project deadlines.
Actively contribute to creating a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Proven experience or exposure to Business Analysis practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear and effective acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills in both QA and Business Analysis contexts.
A deep understanding of business processes and how they align with QA efforts to meet customer needs.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies with a focus on delivering userdriven results.
A passion for user experience (UX) and designing QA processes with the enduser in mind.
Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm flexi
Location: One World Place 32nd Street BGC Taguig City
