Overview:
Join a dynamic leader in various industries as a Financial Operations Manager. In this crucial role you will oversee all accounting operations produce vital financial reports and maintain stringent financial controls and budgets. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and organized professional eager to handle significant responsibilities in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Directly lead and manage the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) departments.
- Responsible for the effective management of a team of 610 employees including aspects of hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Develop and oversee the of forecasts and budgets.
- Provide detailed financial analysis for major business decisions.
- Maintain strong internal controls and manage the monthly close process.
- Prepare for audits and ensure the accuracy and availability of financial records
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
MustHaves:
- Extensive management experience in leading A/R and A/P teams within an inventorybased business setting.
- Experience in ecommerce environments highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting budget management and compliance.
- Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance
