We are now recruiting for an experienced and visionary Food & Beverage Manager to join our fivestar luxurious boutique hotel. Are you a passionate and dynamic leader with a love for food service and unforgettable guest experiences Were looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of our restaurant ensuring toptier service seamless operations and a dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more! The Food & Beverage Manager will function as the strategic business leader of the propertys Food and Beverage operation including Restaurants/Bars/Lounge/Banqueting and Room position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the Food and Beverage Culinary or related professional area.
OR
2year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
