Morris Animal Inn Inc. is now hiring an Enthusiastic Sales Specialist for a fulltime position in our Morristown location. Our onsite call center is open from 7 AM7 PM MondayFriday and 8 AM4 PM SaturdaySunday. Pay starts at $18 per hour with additional pay considerations depending on experience. Position also includes weekly sales incentives.

The Sales Specialist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients for all Morris Animal Inn locations promote our awardwinning services book reservations and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!
Your Role as a Sales Specialist:
Answering incoming phone calls voicemails and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Utilizing the companys proven sales process which ensures overall success.
Providing accurate and concise information to new and existing clients utilizing the tools provided.
Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & addons.
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience in a call center environment with a track record of meeting goals
and performance metrics.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Familiarity with database software and basic computer skills for reservation management.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and communicate services effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to support solutionbased selling.
