About Scope

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living short term accommodation (respite) social connections lifestyle options therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About Your Role

As a Regulatory Reporting Officer (RRO) at Scope you will play a key role in safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of individuals with disabilities by ensuring compliance with state and national regulatory requirements related to reportable incidents including the use of restrictive practices.

The RRO will ensure the reporting and continuous monitoring to meet national and state regulatory requirements. By maintaining detailed records and uptodate reports the RRO Team supports Scope in adhering to its commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of individuals with disabilities.

Your work will involve monitoring reportable incidents supporting internal stakeholders with training and guidance and maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation that aligns with Scopes policies and Australias legislative requirements.

With a strong focus on human rights this role will see you collaborating across departments and external agencies contributing to continuous improvement and best practice approaches to behaviour support and compliance.

What We Look For

Were looking for a detailoriented and valuesdriven professional with a passion for human rights and delivering highquality services for people with disabilities. This role suits someone who thrives in complex compliance environments has strong stakeholder engagement skills and can turn complex regulatory requirements into practical actions.

  • Strong understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and relevant state legislation

  • Experience in reporting compliance or behaviour support (ideally within disability health or community services)

  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to interpret and simplify complex regulatory requirements

  • Comfortable with tech systems like Lumary Proda and the NDIS portal

  • A collaborative problemsolver with a proactive mindset

  • Strong ability to influence positive outcomes across teams

  • Reliable with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
