Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retention Agent to join our clients Arabic Desk. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with Arabicspeaking clients ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in retaining clients and supporting their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Previous experience as retention agent is a must
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
