Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a detailoriented Financial Analyst to build and manage financial models drive performance insights and support key executive and investor decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for storytelling through data helping the leadership team navigate growth and optimize franchise and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build refine and maintain dynamic financial models to support business forecasting new initiatives and franchise performance.
- Analyze large data sets (revenue cost marketing membership operations) and synthesize key insights for executive leadership.
- Create polished narrativedriven presentations for board of directors and investor reporting.
- Assist department leaders and teams with adhoc analyses projects and models
- Support the budgeting and reporting process variance analysis and studiolevel P&L review.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) ramp curves and marketlevel trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate data into clear actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a compelling way.
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Comfortable working independently in a fastpaced remote environment.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms.
- Experience supporting multilocation or franchisebased businesses.
- Background in real estate or development finance.
