Job Description
Summary
A popular authentic sushi restaurant is looking for a FullTime Dishwasher.
We have been running the restaurant for a long time in Heart of Waikiki and there is a beautiful beach stretching out in front of us.
We serve variety of sushi authentic Japanese Sushi fusion Sushi such as California rolls and original Hawaiian style sushi we are popular not only with tourists but also with locals and we have so many repeat customers.

There are two shifts morning and evening and you have the option to choose when they work.
Job Details
You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes glassware tableware cooking utensils and other kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes glassware flatware pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

- Working hours: Morning shift 8am 3:30pm/Evening shift 3:30pm 11pm
- Actual work hours: 7.5 hours per day
- Working days: 5 days a week
- 2 days off per week

Requirement
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required
- Must have a work permit in the United States
