A global technology innovator is seeking a detailoriented Applications Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of software and embedded application solutions from concept and procurement through implementation optimization and support. As a handson contributor within the Applications Product Management team you will collaborate closely with engineering sales marketing and support teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee implementation with crossfunctional teams
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency through application solutions
- Lead and deliver applicationrelated projects on time and within budget
- Provide enduser training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with engineering marketing and sales to support product development and market readiness
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure longterm system stability and performance
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications management
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications systems and networking
- Proven experience in project planning troubleshooting and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors degree in product design engineering or related field
