Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaker) Lisbon Portugal
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 29 May 2025
Work Model: Onsite
Contract Type: 1year contract
Languages Required: Dutch (fluency required)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) 08:00 18:00 (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join a reputable international company in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support through various communication channels addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Provide customer support in Dutch via phone email or chat

Assist customers with inquiries complaints and order management

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Uphold company standards for service quality and professionalism
Requirements:
-
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

Valid documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or Visa (casebycase approval)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Availability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays and public holidays
Salary & Compensation:
-
Base salary: 1100/month 14 payments/year)
-
Position bonus: 100/month (paid 12x/year)

Meal allowance: 7.23/day

Transport allowance: 20/month

Relocation Package (Lisbon only):

Flight reimbursement of up to 400 (paid at the end of the 6th month of contract)

Important Notes:

Remote roles in Lisbon do not include relocation support

Only candidates residing between Coimbra and Algarve are eligible for remote positions
-
No relocation support for Braga or Aveiro candidates must live north of Coimbra
