Job Description
JOB TITLE: Digital Media Technician
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Familiar with standard frame rates aspect ratios and codecs
- Able to identify and handle interlaced vs progressive footage
- Highly detailoriented able to identify and adapt to assets delivered with unusual or incorrect specs
- Familiar with various platform specs (Netflix iTunes Amazon Etc)
- Organized and able to juggle high volume workloads.
- Experience with project management in Digital Delivery is a plus
- Experience with HDR Formats is also a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- Edit assets in Premiere Pro to prepare for digital delivery. Includes:Adding or removing bars tone slates and logos to fit client needs Adjusting starting timecode to meet delivery specs
- Exporting 5.1 and stereo audio stems
- Transcode of videos using AWS Elemental and other tools
- Sync closed captions to new video and audio exports
- Compile Quality Control reports for client review
- Communicate with client(s) to obtain corrections on rejected content.
