Job Description
A growing provider of mobile diagnostic services is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee field staff and ensure the seamless delivery of essential diagnostic care. This role focuses on optimizing workflows fostering collaboration between teams and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and service.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing daily operations of field technologists ensuring productivity and workflow optimization.
- Serving as a key link between field staff and internal departments such as dispatch client services and compliance.
- Overseeing scheduling and resource allocation to ensure coverage and efficiency.
- Supporting recruitment onboarding and professional development for field staff.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
- Identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Contributing to strategic planning and longterm operational improvements.
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical staff ideally in a healthcare or diagnosticsrelated setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in service delivery.
- Problemsolving abilities with a focus on team performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience in scheduling resource management and operational strategy.
