The specialist will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.
Objectives of this role
- Interpret build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems including rootcause analysis and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Develop improved standards for production and design and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance
- Pursue continuing education in new solutions technologies and skills
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Experience driving crossteamtechnical discussions with an understanding ofSDLCconcepts
- Understanding of testingtechniques unitintegration automated) their strengthsand weakness and their ability to use themto the besteffect
- Handson Strong Automation using Java/Selenium experience in UI
- Good knowledge/ working experience in implementing CI/CD (GitLab Maven Jenkins SonarQube SauceLabs) etc.
- Good experience in Version control/Source control management tools like Bitbucket GitHub
- Handson experience in the creation of a Test Strategy Test Plan and Test Summary Report
- Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP CI Software and Product Security Scalability Documentation Practices refactoring and Testing Techniques.
- Develop and executes maintainable automation tests in a quick span with high quality for acceptance functional and regression test cases
Required skills and qualifications
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology methods and tools
- Superb computer skills including database management
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing version control and defect management
