Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing IT team and lead the development and optimization of our CRM and MarTech tools. In this role you will be responsible for driving the product strategy roadmap and to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our operating units and drive business growth.

  • Execute on the product strategy for CRM aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering design and other crossfunctional teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other business systems and applications.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Provide and necessary support to endusers ensuring they are equipped to utilize their CRM effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies to inform product development.
  • Engage with customers partners and stakeholders to gather feedback understand pain points and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Travel approximately 510

Qualifications

  • 5 years of increasing responsibility for technical direction of a SaaS/PaaS platform preferably in the CRM or sales automation industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • A high technical acumen including the ability to understand and use technologies such as Power Platform Azure C# SQL Python Apex etc.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive and produce results with little or no supervision in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to function as a valuable team member inside a virtual collaboration environment.
  • Must have demonstrated the capability of meeting the key accountabilities or have the ability to learn/perform them.
  • Bachelors degree with emphasis in related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Insights and Power Platform.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM system interfaces.
  • Experience working with Microsoft CoPilot.
  • Agile/Scrum team exposure and experience.
  • Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Industry.
  • Experience working with .Net applications.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools.

Additional Company Details

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
Base Salary Range: $121000 $140000
Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
