Mount Pleasant Operation is a mine based in Muswellbrook NSW.
- Accountable for leading safe efficient and effective blasting
- Working towards cost optimisation through the effective utilization and care of plant and personnel
- Responsible for the effective leadership training and development of the Blast Crew
- Ensure that drilling and blasting production targets and efficiencies are maximised and carried out in a costeffective manner
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential (including step up experience)
- NSW Blast User Licence is desirable
- Demonstrated experience leading a highperforming team
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
