Job Title: Business Development Manager US Staffing
Location: Mohali(Onsite)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
This will be a permanent Night Shift 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
Job Description:
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ability to be involved in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Generate own leads through Cold Calls Emails LinkedIn Social media etc.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.
- Draft contracts for new clients ensure continuous billing etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 6 month to 2 years prior industryrelated business development experience
- Fluent English Spoken & Written communication.
- Interpersonal skills to work with US Clients
- Proven knowledge and of successful development strategies
- Candidates with US Accent and Calling experience are highly desired.
