Job Description
SUMMARY
The Engagement Architect Level III for Bhashini under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Government of India will lead the design and of the engagement lifecycle with external organizations. The engagement architect should be able to automate the engagement processes both in the public and private sectors. The Engagement Architect will play a critical role in driving collaboration ensuring compliance and enabling impactful outcomes for Bhashinis strategic initiatives.

1. Building roadmaps
Identifying strengths and risks of a particular engagement and building strategies accordingly
Design templatized strategies for particular kinds of engagement
Automating processes and procedures for engagements
2. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the technical product and leadership teams to incorporate domain expertise into proposal design and evaluation criteria.
Provide actionable feedback and insights to improve alignment between external submissions and Bhashinis technical and strategic needs.
Improvement
Monitor and assess engagement processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize proposal design and evaluation frameworks.
Stay updated on industry trends government policies and best practices to enhance Bhashinis engagement strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Public Policy or a related field; technical background is a plus.
8 years of experience in proposal development bid management or stakeholder engagement preferably in consulting or governmentfocused roles.
Deep understanding of government norms interministerial processes and compliance requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging with senior leadership ministry representatives and external organizations.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in proposal tools documentation software and presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with software sales experience in the private sector specially SASS
Experience with defining and automating processes of engagements
Experience working with the State Governments or within the Government of India or related publicsector projects or has served an adviser role in a central or state government on technical projects
Familiarity with largescale technology initiatives or digital transformation projects such as language and AIfocused solutions.
Certification in Proposal/Bid Management or Project Management.
