About the role:
- Working with 2 awardwinning Doyles Guide recognised Partners.
- Be a part of one of the most successful Corporate Advisory team in Queensland.
- Advise clients on highprofile M&A transactions with a focus on mining renewable and energy sectors.
- Draft contracts and agreements and conduct due diligence.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 28 years PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by excellent academic records.
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially minded able to develop and maintain relations with clients.
- A team player capable of working independently.
