Are you a hungry performance strategist who is ready to step up build a creative strategy for a venture backed startup and own an ad pipeline that changes how the world thinks about masculinity sex and mental health

If you have the ambition to own the ad pipeline the creativity to shape narratives and the hunger to 10x results this role is for you.

Were looking for someone whos obsessed with why creative works and has the relentless drive to turn ideas into highimpact ads at scale.

The Role

Youll work alongside our Director of Marketing and closely with our founders. Youll lead our creative testing strategy build scalable production workflows and ensure that winning ideas are translated into highperforming ads across Meta TikTok and other channels.

This isnt just a strategy role. Its a highagency highownership position where youll drive real business outcomes.

Youll come up with concepts manage creators iterate fast and transform performance insights into scalable systems that compound over time.

Youll be:

Were earlystage. The ceiling is high. Youll help shape the culture output and creative engine of Mojo from the inside.

What youll do:



Requirements

We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business. To be successful here you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful.

You are:

  • Someone with 3 years of experience in D2C performance creative and performance.
  • A systemsfirst content builder: you create workflows templates and tools to help you move faster.
  • Obsessed with why creative works. You analyze performance patterns distill learnings and iterate relentlessly.
  • A creative with taste. Someone who instinctively knows what will resonate emotionally and can balance that with databacked insights.
  • AIforward and datadriven. You experiment with AI tools to optimize workflows and unlock faster smarter ad production.
  • A relationship builder. You make creators feel confident clear and supported fostering longterm partnerships.
  • A communicator. Youre organized proactive and excellent at giving constructive feedback that improves creative outcomes.
  • Hungry to grow. We are a high performing team who only want the best.
  • Genuinely interested in masculinity sex and mental health and excited to lead the conversation in this space.

Bonus if you...

  • Can show us a creative playbook hook bank or content testing system youve built before.
  • Have worked with creators freelancers and UGC talent to deliver highoutput ad assets.
  • Have examples of AI tools workflows or automations youve used to optimize creative production.
  • Understand platform nuances across Meta TikTok and YouTube and know what content wins where.
