Structural Engineer Facades & Cladding
Our Client are specialists in the Faade & Cladding sector and work with a range of systems and materials are now looking to appoint a structural engineer to the team.
The role would suit somebody who is looking to take a step up in their career and take the lead on the engineering side.
The Structural Engineer will:
- Be fluent in AutoCAD to generate Faade elevations and details.
- Generate design/structural calculations in line with BS and Eurocode standards.
- BS and Eurocode standards
- Autocad
- ANSYS ENTERPRISE for structural analysis and simulation (training would be given)
- Wind load calculations
- Uvalue calculations
- Mechanical testing and climate chamber facilities for material testing (training would be given)
- 3 years experience is required.
The successful engineer will be expected to attend/initiate site visits and video meetings to communicate their work and obtain design related information to complete their design calculations.
