Salary: OTE 90k

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced proactive driven and successful Valuer / Lister working with a premium property brand.

The perfect candidate for this Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister role will already currently be in a similar position have previous experience working with premium property have a great track record in residential sales and in generating and winning instructions

You will need to be a superb instruction winner a highly effective sales professional and be driven to succeed.

You will be determined proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area an ability to take the business forward.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Valuer / Lister role will include:

• Estate agency experience sales experience with a premium brand
• Experience valuing properties and winning instructions
• Specific knowledge of the Andover area
• Confidence in your ability to win instructions and do deals
• Full Driving License essential and own car essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
