Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conflict resolution
- Coordinate implement control and monitor change plan
- Data integrity control
- Identify improvement initiatives
- Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
- Team planning
- Implementation of operational plans
- Implementation of compliance requirements
- SHERQ planning organising and administration
- SHERQ reporting and support
- Comply with IMS standards.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Safety
- COMSOC 1 & 2 Certificate
- Blasting Certificate Opencast Mines
- 5 years SHERQ experience in an Opencast Mining Environment
- 10 years Opencast Mining experience
