Job Summary:

Join our Womens Health team at our Bloomington Clinic and our newly expanded Eden Prairie Specialty Clinic. Womens Health services include OB/GYN Uro/Gynecology and Mental Health services among many more. The care team focuses on whole person care with a multidisciplinary care team to support a patient through their health journey.

Key Position Details:

  • Womens Health Service line has eight labor and delivery locations; 13800 deliveries/year; 30 clinics; 53 OBGYNs; 21 OB hospitalists; 13 Clinical Nurse Midwives 11 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists 2 fetal interventionalists.
  • Nursing Support programs for Rx refills triage and pap results
  • After hours answering service support
  • Quaternary hospital: Abbott Northwestern Lv IV NICU; Tertiary hospitals Mercy and United with level III NICUs and 6 regional hospitals
  • Mentorship/learning from a group of 80 providers across our health system

Job Description:

  • Provides direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients.
  • Provides direct patient care to women which may include specializing in areas of general medicine the reproductive system pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Provides education consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.
  • Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • MD DO or foreign equivalency training required.
  • Obstetrics & Gynecology BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
  • Active nonrestricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable
  • BLS Tier 3 Multisource required within 6 months of hire

Allina Health is expanding our Primary Care and Specialty services in the community of Eden Prairie MN in early 2025. Specialties will include Cardiovascular Care Cardiac Rehab Primary Care Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Womens Health (Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology) and Orthopedics. The Allina Health Clinic in Eden Prairie is conveniently located on Prairie Center Drive and off of US212 just 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis St. Paul and the MSP International Airport.

Allina Health Bloomington Clinic facility conveniently located at 7920 Old Cedar Ave S Bloomington MN 55433 just minutes from Mall of America Ikea Great Wolf Lodge and the MSP International Airport. Specialties include Orthopedics General surgery Ophthalmology ENT Dermatology Primary care Pediatrics OBGYN and Mental Health

Pay Range

Pay Range: $355300 to $402300 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a fulltime FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).
